Sizing for Hipstirr Pocket Belts is based on your HIP measurements and is as follows:
Please take your HIP measurement based on where you will be wearing your belt.
This is probably not the widest part of your hips. It should be a bit above the widest part.
We recommend that you use a flexible tape measure.
If you do not have a flexible tape measure, we would suggest you use a string to measure your hips and then lay it along the edge of a yardstick/ruler to find your correct measurement.
Find where you fall in our size guide above and choose the appropriate size for your belt.
If you are in between sizes, we normally recommend sizing down.
The beauty of a leather pocket belt is that the leather will form to your body with wear and as it does, it will provide about an additional inch of length.

All of our belts are available in sizes Small & Medium and many of our styles are available in sizes Xsmall & Large.
We have carefully selected which belts we feel work best in the XSmall, Large and XLarge sizes.
Some of our belt styles work better in these sizes than others and we are happy to provide suggestions or feedback for your requests of belts in these sizes.
Some styles, we cannot do in the XSmall size due to the layout of the pockets or structure of the belt itself.
We can do most belts in sizes Large and XLarge.

We welcome Special Orders for most of our items. The timing for delivery to you for a Special Order ranges from 4-8 weeks from the date the order is placed and your payment is received. We at Hipstirr strive to fulfill ALL orders as soon as possible, including Special Orders, and will try to get your new item to you as fast as we can.
We also occasionally have Items in stock that are not up on the Website or are out traveling to shows, so feel free to Contact us and see if we have what you are looking for already in stock.
If not, we would also be able to provide suggestions of other similar items we have in stock that could suit your needs as well.
Hipstirr uses the "Back in Stock" application in our Webstore as a means to try to help all of our customers find the perfect Hipstirr piece. This is an automated system and it can be used to place a request to be notified when we receive an item in stock and put it into the inventory on our Webstore.
To access this application, you can find the black and white box that says "Notify Me" located at the top right side on any Product Page. It will pop up when you try to select an out of stock item, when you click on it, a box will show up in the middle of your screen asking you to enter your email address and which item you are interested in receiving a notification for.
With Back in Stock, you will receive a 1-time automated email sent with a link directly to the product page of the item you inquired and requested to be notified about. That email will be sent as soon as the specific item of your choice in the correct size, color and metal accent is added to our inventory on the website.
This does not reserve the item for you however, as anyone who has requested to be notified for that item will also receive the same email at the same time. So if you see that email come from Hipstirr, we suggest you buy the item ASAP. Or Contact us and we can order one just for you as an alternative. We do check the Back in Stock notifications regularly and add those items to our orders. We kindly ask that if you have requested to be notified about several items, but only want to purchase 1 of those items, please let us know which would be your number one choice via our Contact us page.

For Returned items, we offer a full refund minus the shipping costs for items you are not 100% happy with and do not want to exchange for something else.

We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail.
You will receive an automated email with the Tracking Number for your shipment when your order has been packaged and a label has been printed.
We ship at least twice a week and strive to have your order in the mail to you as soon as we can.
If you have shipping needs that require expedited service (such as Guaranteed delivery from UPS in 3 Days, 2 Days, or Overnight or USPS Express Mail- Overnight to most locations), we will work with you to the best of our abilities to make the proper arrangements, and let you know what the associated costs will be based on the chosen shipping method.
